Project: Lead the end-to-end execution of Music Insider, YouTube Music’s annual flagship event where priority industry partners are given an inside look into the product roadmap, case studies, and best practices for growth.
Strategy: Oversaw all aspects of the hybrid event from planning to execution, including creating a compelling program narrative and developing materials such as speaker scripts, invites, website copy, and leave-behinds. Coordinated the event’s first in-person watch party and managed localized versions of the event in EMEA and APAC.
